If you are paying for more than one student, please indicate all students whom will all be on one invoice. Please have each one fill out this form.

Single choice

All classes are Friday-Sunday.

16hr CCL Sat/Sun 8-4pm

Military/Law Fridays 8-4pm

CCL Renewals Fridays 1pm-4:30pm

Dates are subject to change based on class size, weather, or unforeseen situations.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Greater than 7 days notice there will not be a charge for rescheduling

Less than 7 days but greater than 3 days notice will incur

$25 fee for renewal classes or private lessons

$75 for all other classes

3 days (72 hours) or less notice will forfeit the entire class fee.

Please Note: Once classes reach Minimum of 5 students Maximum 10, an email will be sent to confirm Date & Location and detailed instructions.
